Lifestyle factors cause most incidents of heart disease and diseases in the bloodstream, in whole or in part. Unhealthy lifestyle can cause blood vessels to be filled, hypertension and inflammatory processes in the circulatory system. These changes will decrease the overall condition and health of tissues and can cause more dramatic events such as training blod clots, heart attack or stroke. Here are some simple tips to prevent heart disease and blood vessels and help to regain good circulatory health if such disease is already ; this. – Do not smoke or use other sources of nicotine. Smoking is perhaps the most powerful cause circulatory problems. – Have some exercises at least every two days that make your heart work harder. Jogging, biking, playing ball, swimming or other activities where you increase your consumption of energy are good for blood circulation. The exercises, however, must be adapted to your current health status. – Get enough sleep every 24 hours. All sleep but must occur during the night. For example you can take some of your need to sleep like a nap in the middle of the day. 7 hours of sleep seems to be ideal for optimal circulatory health. Many more sleep seems to be bad blood circulation. – Avoid high amount of stress over a longer period. If there is something in your lifestyle or work makes you stressed, we must make adjustments. Meditation is a good method to stress down. – Decrease the amount of fat in your diet. Do not add a lot of oil, butter or other fat in your diet. Do not eat much fast food or ready made food which often contain large amounts of fat added. -Avoid completely chemically altered fat, called trans fat. This type of fat is often found in margarine and is often added to many types of cookies. Avoid large quantities of saturated fats, found in milk fat, skim milk products s, products of the coconut and butter. – You still need a little fat. The fat you need for the mostly mono-unsaturated fats found in olives, olive oil, rapeseed oil, canola oil and almonds, OMGA-3-polyunsaturated fatty & # xe9; s found for example in fish, seafood and flax oil and OMGA-6-polyunsatyrated found in sunflower oil, soybean oil, oil-mayi s, sunflower seeds and many types of nuts. – The majority of fat that you still choose to add to your food should be with the mono-unsaturated oils like olive oil , rapeseed oil, almond oil or canola oil. Marine oils or flaxseed oil may be added to get enough omega-3 fat. You can also use a little soybean oil, corn oil and other natural oils with a high content of fatty acids ome ; ga-6-fat, but avoid using too much of these to avoid over-consumption of such fats. – Eat nuts, almonds or sunflower seeds several times a week, since these types of foods give you valuable fats for your heart health. – Eat fish at least two days. Use lean meats, lean poultry, mushrooms, seafood and lean dairy products in the foods you do. – Consuming moderate amounts of carbohydrates. Avoid adding large quantities of sugar to your food. Avoid consuming more soft drinks, biscuits and snacks with plenty of sugar and other carbohydrates. – Use sources of carbohydrates that contain fiber and carbohydrates leave to be taken over time, for example, corn bread and cereals, beans, peas and fresh fruit. – Eat vegetables and fruit at each meal to get enough vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. They must be raw or only lightly cooked so that the content of nutrients is not faded. – Consume only small amounts of salt. Do not add much salt to your food or do not eat large amounts of salty foods. Hot weather and heavy physical work, but you need a little more salt. Drinking – a moderate consumption of alcohol is good for blood circulation, particularly red wine, too, but has the opposite effect. – Avoid eating too much. Eating too much is not good for blood circulation, even if you eat healthy food. – Reducing excessive weight. The tips described above will often over time to normalize your weight. If this is not enough, you must complete a program specifically weight reduction. – If you have diabetes, this disease must be well controlled. – The extra supplements of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and antioxidants may be useful. Vitamin D seems to be particularly important for cardiovascular health. Omegra Navy-3 fat supplements are often recommended. – Also some supplements containing herbal adaptogenic factors may be useful, for example based on ginseng supplements or roseroot (Rhodiola rocea). Supplements are particularly useful if it is difficult to obtain a system entirely satisfactory, or you have more stressful conditions in your life can not avoid. The tips described above are not only good for circulation, but also help to prevent rheumatism, cancer and other types of diseases.

Gymnema sylvestre is found naturally in central India and Southeast, where it has been used in traditional Indian medicine for nearly two thousand years . It is known as ‘Gurmar’ in ancient Indian texts, a word meaning “destroyer of sugar”, which gives an indication of its uses in medicine. It is used to reduce the absorption of glucose in the body, and also to reduce the sweetness of foods, both of which are desirable for those wishing to lose weight and r & # xe9; duce the level of sugar in their blood. It has been used for this purpose in Ayurvedic medicine, the subjects were given sheets to chew. Like many other ancient Ayurvedic remedies, the use of Gymnema Sylvestre has happened in modern times, and a sound scientific basis. First, though a bit more about the plant itself. It is found mainly in the Western Ghats, but also to the west of the mountain, around the coast of Goa. It is a vinous plant that climbs on other trees and shrubs, known in Sanskrit as Meshasringa, or ram’s horn after the shape of leaves from which the supplement is taken. For what it’s worth, the official name seems to be a mixture of Greek and Latin (Gymnos (Gr) – nude and Silva (L) – Forest) for forest naked. That, however, is irrelevant to its purposes, so let’s have a look at the science involved and active ingredients of the plant. The main constituents are saponins known as terpenoid acids gymnemic, so presumably they were first found in this plant. They are glycosides, including Hodulcine and Ziziphin, which act as inhibitors of smooth so there is no sweetness in all that is sweetened by sucrose. There are over 20 types gymnemic acid in the leaves, which stronger gymnemic Acid 1, can suppress the sweetness of e edulcorated artificial like aspartame. These effects are not irreversible, and only last about 10 minutes, after which the normal sweetness is detected by your tongue. During the active period, however, a normal sugar solution will taste like water, unsweetened plain. However, is it just a matter of taste, or does it affect the sugar itself? Studies have shown that animals fed with leaves of Gymnema Sylvestre develop hypoglycemia, probably because it stimulates the pancreas to produce insulin reduces the level of sugar in the blood. Other studies have shown the presence in the leaves of a number of types of acylated derivatives of acid deacylgymnemic. There are well over a dozen types of saponins are known to be contained in the leaves. Other chemicals found include anthraquinones, flavonoids, chlorophylls, querticol, phytin, a number of glycosides and anthraquinones. The scrub also contains alkaloids, although these are components in most plants used in ancient remedies. It is by no means all chemical discoveries, and many of the benefits of using minors this may be due to minor components of this little piece of surprising. A study of the constituents above reveal some antioxidants, and it is not surprising that the extract of Gymnema Sylvestre also has properties & # xe9; ing anti-inflammatory. Gymnemic acid is supposed to have a chemical structure similar to sucrose, and plant extracts can be used not only to reduce a desire to sugar, but also to treat digestive problems and high cholesterol. While scientific evidence is there other than the obvious effects reported by those who use it? A study in the United Kingdom in 2005 revealed that the aqueous extract of Gymnema Sylvestre caused the secretion ; tion of calcium and insulin in mice and human cells to be increased in a concentration without effect on cell function. This means that the supplement can be used to stimulate insulin secretion with people with type 2 diabetes without affecting other health . Its usefulness for diabetics is evident, but there are other benefits to those who are not diabetic. All that modulates sweet tooth should be useful to those seeking to lose weight, especially if they feel the need for sugary foods. In fact Gymnema tends to reduce cravings for carbohydrates and sweets, and can be used by those seeking a natural way to fight against their appetite for sugary foods and sweets. Because excess weight can lead to diabetes, although there have been many discussions on the biochemical mechanism of acid gymnemic therefor on the tastes, recent evidence suggests that phytochemicals act both your taste and the parties responsible for the intestinal absorption of nutrients from digested food. Not only that, but studies have also shown that Gymnema sylvestre takes away the bitterness of chemicals such as quinine bitter from the same mania ; re it removes the form of cakes and candy sweetness, and if you drank tonic water, it would just taste water. On the other hand, if you ate an orange, you have a taste for acidity, but not the sweetness. How to use this remarkable supplement is to follow instructions, and in about a week you will be able to control your appetite much better and any cravings for carbohydrates you previously will be much smaller. After a month or two, you will notice an acceleration in the rate of weight loss if you were overweight, diabetic and find a significant reduction in blood sugar from insulin injections. Gymnema sylvestre can take care of any cravings for sugar or carbohydrates and is an important use of overweight, obese or diabetic, and the mechanism by which it works has now been almost completely understood, although there are still some biochemical secrets that this amazing plant has not yet revealed ;. This amazing herb can be found at your local store or internet vitamins.
